• 2017 - Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) Awards Best Green Progress Award to DelSuites

  DelSuites was recognized with a Tower of Excellence Award for Best Green Progress at the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) annual industry conference in March 2017. This award recognizes commitment to environmental responsibility and social performance through its policies, plans and activities. Examples of some strategic environmental improvements DelSuites have implemented include (but are not limited to): green initiatives, energy savings, recycling programs, guest education, centralized laundry, custom built PMS to improve efficiencies with staff/guests, electronic guest directories and replacing compact fluorescent lamp (CFL) light incandescent bulbs with smart LED light bulbs.
