Its important for us to understand the service experience our guests’ have in our furnished apartments and how we can deliver it. Kimberley Feather, our Guest Services Representative shares
what it means to go above and beyond the standard level of service.  She develops relationships and provides intangible service. Kim understands her guests’ special requests and needs
and is able to retrieve information on past guests stays so upon their return the little extra comforts of home are there for arrival.
