"360 Degrees at the City Centre" oval shaped Condo is located at the NE corner of Brimley Rd and Omni Drive. 360 was built in 2005 and stands 35 floors high.
360 is just steps from the Scarborough Town Centre and Scarborough Rapid Transit station, TTC, and seconds to Highway 401. There are plenty of shopping and big boxed stores, restaurants, city parks and golf course within few minutes driving distance so you will find something that will interest you every way you turn.

POLICIES:
Length Of Stay - 30 night minimum stay is required at all DelSuites locations.
PETS - Dogs are not permitted. 2 Cats per suite are permitted at this location. Cats must be carried through the Common Areas of the building at all times. A $300 cleaning fee will be applied.
Smoking - this is a non-smoking location.
Parking - one parking space per suite is included in the rate. Requests for additional parking are based on availability and charges will apply. The clearance of the parking garage is 6 feet.
Billing - Payment of $500 is required to confirm a reservation. Balance of the first 30 nights is due 14 days prior to guarantee the Suite.
Methods Of Payment - all major credit cards accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.
Cancellation Terms - 14 days' notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date.
