All Delsuites' guests, booking agents and partners enjoy a complimentary membership with Time 4 You, which will enable members to receive preferred concierge rates as well as special discounts on tickets, services and merchandise. A special member's area is now available. To enter the online member’s area you must first register with Time 4 You. To register, simply visit www.time4youconcierge.com and enter the code 'delsuites' in the Account Activation pop-up window.

If you prefer to make requests over the phone, please call Time 4 You at 416.23.4TIME (8463) and request a registration form be faxed to you. Upon completing the form, you can fax it back to Time 4 You at 416.233.3430. After registration, you may place requests with Time 4 You via the 416.23.4TIME (8463) request line.

To make you feel more at home, Delsuites offers a Grocery Service prior to your arrival.

For your convenience, the cost of the groceries can be added to your regular invoice. All orders will be processed and delivered on the day before (or date of arrival) to ensure maximum freshness. The items will be placed in your refrigerator and cupboards for easy access. If you prefer to do a full grocery shop yourself, there are a number of full service grocery stores within a short distant of all of our locations, many that are open late or 24 hours. Please ask our Guest Services team for recommendations and directions.

A 25% service charge will be added to all grocery orders. The charge will be applied to your account and a receipt will be provided. All grocery are purchased at Loblaws or Dominion, based on location of condominium.
