POLICIES:
Length Of Stay - 30 night minimum stay is required at all DelSuites locations.
Pets - 1 pet is permitted and must be 25 pounds or less. The Pet is to be leashed and carried through the Common Areas of the building at all times. A $300 cleaning fee will be applied. All pets must be registered with Property Management.
Smoking - this is a non-smoking location.
Parking - Available at a daily rate. Please contact us for details. Requests for additional parking are based on availability and charges will apply. The clearance of the parking garage is 6 feet.
Billing - payment of $500 is required to confirm a reservation. Balance of each 30 night period is due 14 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Terms - 14 days' notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date
