Smoking - DelSuites provides 100% smoke free accommodations. We do not permit smoking in the suites and balconies.
Parking - One (1) parking space per suite is included in the rate. Requests for additional parking are based on availability and charges will apply.
Billing - A one (1) night deposit will be charged to your credit card when making an Instant Book reservation through our website. The remaining balance for the first billing period will be charged to your credit card fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, or on the next business day if you are arriving within the next fourteen (14) days. Note: Billing periods are thirty (30) nights.
Methods Of Payment - All major credit cards accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.
Cancellation Terms - Fourteen (14) days' notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date. Late cancellations are subject to a fee of $500 + tax.

It is a very safe and clean place. Building management itself is done very well. On top of that, Delsuite is an outstanding company with my pwn experience. I strongly recommend this place for short term visitor or long term. It is short walking distance to the subway station and easy access to the airport and downtown. There is a plaza right cross from this building. Restaurant, fruit store, walk in clinic, 24 hour open Shoppers Drug Mart, bank etc. Some suites have breathtaking lake(south), CN tower(east) or forested residence(north) view. I recommend this product

Right along the subway line and quick access to highways. Im glad I decided to stay in a furnished rental over a hotel. The full kitchen had everything I needed to cook and the weekly cleaning service was an added bonus!I recommend this product
