RATES:

Rates range from:

$100 - $130 per night for 1-bedrooms and

$130 - $170 per night for 2-bedrooms

based on length of stay and time of year.

POLICIES:

LENGTH OF STAY - 30 night minimum stay is required at all Delsuites locations.

PETS - there is a pet restriction at this location of 2 cats or 1 dog that weigh 25 pounds or less and can be leashed and carried through the common areas at all times. A $300 cleaning fee is charged for the removal of any odor, dander or hair left by the pet upon departure.

PARKING - one parking space per suite it included in the rate. Requests for additional parking are based on availability and charges will apply. The clearance of the parking garage is 6 feet.

BILLING - payment of the first 10 nights is required to confirm a reservation. Balance of each 30 night period is due ten days prior to the period start date.

METHODS OF PAYMENT - all major credit cards accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.

CANCELLATION TERMS - 14 days' notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date.
