Phase Two - 80 Harrison Garden Blvd, Toronto, ON M2N 7E3.
The mailboxes are located by the elevators to the suites.
Please remember to include your suite number in the address.
If you are expecting packages from couriers, please complete the parcel waiver form included in your arrival package and give to the Concierge so packages will be accepted on your behalf. Packages will be held at the Concierge Desk and a notice will be placed on your mailbox and/or a voicemail left in your suite. For larger deliveries, the items must be delivered directly to your suite and the loading dock/moving elevator must be booked. Please contact your DelSuites representative to assist with the arrangements.
All of our suites are designated non-smoking. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the suite. Kindly smoke in designated areas outside of the building or on your balcony (if applicable). Smoking in the suite is subject to a $1000 cleaning fee plus any damages.
Smoke detectors are NEVER to be disconnected for any reason. There is a fee for the disconnection and reconnection of fire alarm speakers, smoke detectors, heat detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
Suite Security/Alarm System
The Concierge is not authorized to allow access to your suite if you lose your keys. Please ensure you have them with you at all times and call DelSuites regarding any suite access matters.
Unlike a hotel, your suite door will not automatically lock when you close it. It is necessary to use your suite key to lock the door when you leave.
Please keep in mind that DelSuites manages your suite, but not the property. The Concierge and Property Management personnel are not employed by DelSuites and are not equipped to handle any non-emergency inquiries from DelSuites’ Guests.
Only authorized DelSuites personnel have access to your suite, as well as Property management/Concierge to carry out regular building maintenance and in the event of an emergency. When building maintenance activities are required, advance notice will be given to you wherever possible. Please watch for notices posted in elevators, corridors or delivered directly to the suite.
If you would like to use the suite security system, please call us at 416-296-8838 to arrange for a DelSuites representative to come to your suite to program the code.
When the fire alarm sounds in the building an announcement will be made once the Fire Department arrives on site and determines the nature of the alarm. You may wish to stay in the suite to hear the announcements before deciding to leave the suite. If you decide to leave the suite, first check the door to ensure there is no heat or smoke coming from it. Open the door and if there is no fire or smoke, exit, close and secure the door taking the keys with you. Proceed to the nearest EXIT and take the stairs to the lobby. The elevators will not be operating during the alarm. Once the alarm has been investigated, an announcement will be made to update the building.
If the door is hot, do NOT open it. Soak some towels with water, roll them and place them at the base of the door. Fill the bath tub with water as well. Call the Concierge at 416-512-0752 or 911 to let them know where you are.
If your smoke detector goes off in your suite, do NOT open your suite door as it may set off the building fire alarm. If cooking, turn on the fan over the stove top and turn off the heat source. You can also open the balcony door for air circulation. The Concierge may contact you to reset the alarm panel in your suite. Contact DelSuites if there are any damages to report. The furniture in your suite has been placed in the optimum location for each piece. Any relocation of furniture does require the authorization and presence of a DelSuites representative. Any special requirement will be considered. Due to damage to walls, we cannot allow Guests to hang additional items on walls or to relocate wall art in the suite.
Damages and Missing Items
A thorough inspection was completed prior to your arrival to ensure that the condition of your suite is without damage and all contents provided are in excellent working order. We ask that you take a moment to walk through your suite and contact our office should you detect any deficiencies. We do not charge for minor breakage of dishes but would ask that you call us – or simply leave a note for the housekeeper – if you break a glass or similar item, so that we can replace it for you. On your departure date, a written inspection will be done to report any damages or missing items. DelSuites agrees to provide you with immediate notification of any found damages or missing items and will advise you of the cost for repair or replacement where necessary.
Personal Items and Insurance
Our suites are designed to provide temporary accommodation. We cannot, therefore, provide space for your own furniture. If you are between permanent homes, we must also ask that you arrange an alternate location for any large containers or boxes that must be stored, other than your luggage.
Your personal belongings are not insured under DelSuites contents and liability policy. Your home insurance would apply; if you do not have home insurance at this time, we suggest you contact an insurance company to arrange temporary coverage of your personal belongings, as DelSuites cannot be held responsible for them.
You will be contacted 14 days prior to your scheduled departure date to confirm or extend your departure. You will also be given a departure notice on your last scheduled cleaning prior to departure. Departure time is 10:00 AM. If a later departure time is required, please advise us as soon as possible. Please note, we cannot always guarantee a later time. If you require the loading dock for a moving truck or the elevator to be reserved to move out any larger items, please contact your DelSuites representative to assist with arrangements. Upon departure, go through the suite, checking drawers and closets for any personal belongings. Remove any food items from the fridge/freezer and cupboards and throw any garbage/recycling away. Extra charges will apply if extra time or repairs are needed to return suite to the condition it was in at your arrival.
Please secure the suite and deposit the keys into the envelope you were given when you received your departure notice. Extra envelopes are available in the desk drawer. Follow the departure directions for returning the keys. Any lost and found items left behind in the suite will be held for 3 months only. We will make every effort to contact you if anything is left behind.
Extending or Shortening Your Stay
14 days notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date. 30 days notice is required to change or cancel a Group Reservation (5 suites or more) or Long Term Reservation (stays of 3 months or more).
Travelling with Children
DelSuites has cribs and child safety items to make your child’s stay with us safe and enjoyable. We provide latches for balcony doors, edge guards for sharp corners, high chairs, play mats and cribs. While we can offer many items at no extra cost, charges may apply for cribs, high chairs etc. Contact your Guest Services Representative for more information.
