Length Of Stay - 30 night minimum stay is required at all DelSuites locations.
Pets - 2 pets per suite permitted, no size restrictions. A cleaning fee of $350 + tax will be applied.
Parking - Underground, secured, assigned garage parking. Additional charges apply.
Billing - A one (1) night deposit will be charged to your credit card when making an Instant Book reservation through our website. The remaining balance for the first billing period will be charged to your credit card fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, or on the next business day if you are arriving within the next fourteen (14) days. Note: Billing periods are thirty (30) nights.
Methods Of Payment - All major credit cards accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.
Cancellation Terms - Fourteen (14) days' notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date. Late cancellations are subject to a fee of $500 + tax.

The full kitchen had everything i needed to cook my meals.

Bachelor suites can look very different than what is shown here as the typical floorplan, be sure to check floorplans if you care about space, also my suite only had a double size wall bed in it. Sometimes the guest services team responds quickly, but maintenance is not always and it may take them about 2 weeks to fix issues like loose doorknobs etc. I recommend this product
