"Having a fire in your home is by far the worst thing I have experienced in a long time. When my Insurance Agent suggested Delsuites by the Town Ctr, I felt it would be too far from home, but in fact it was the perfect location. Easy access to downtown and 401. But more important was the service Delsuites gave, from the start when Delsuites showed us through the building to the front door staff. And I now have underground parking which was well lit and well secured. Even though it was a hard time for my family, as 2 months turned into 5 , Delsuites made it our home away from home. "Location at Yonge and 401 could not be more convenient. Easy access to North, Downtown and major thorough fares like the 404. Amenities superb! The pool, gym, card and party rooms, parking and the bowling alley always provided on the spot entertainment for my boys. The staff, security and service were always unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Absolutely loved the furnishings and actually asked my relocation agent to find out where they bought the furniture and accessories. Loved them!!"

"The accommodations were excellent. The location of the building is fantastic (Qwest). The Building is safe, well lit. The parking underground is nice. There is a full time security guard that is very helpful and friendly, the lobby could pass for a lobby at an upper scale Hotel. While I did not get a chance to use the facilities, we did go to view them. Again, very well kept and if we had more time we would definitely have made use of the Billiards Room and Gym. The rooftop terrace with BBQ's with a nice view of the city and skyline would be fantastic in warmer weather. The unit itself is very well appointed. Clean, spacious with all that one needs. Appliances, Electronics, including Stereo, 2x TV's, DVD, VHS and internet connection. Bedroom and bathroom were again Fantastic. It also comes equipped with an alarm system. In short, We were very impressed with the accommodations in general. Nothing negative noticed. In future I would have no problem in recommending the use of this particular unit. Ample cooking supplies. Enjoyed TV in both living room and bedroom. Exceptionally clean."

"As a wife and working mother of a 17 year old and a 14 year old, you can imagine that time to myself is very very rare and there is never a moment that I get to do NOTHING. When I stay at the ICON, I get to do all the NOTHING . It truly is a place of peace and tranquility for me. I can actually come from work and unwind in front of the television and take all the time I want to decide IF and WHAT I want for supper. I can also listen to my favorite CDs without interuption.
