Length Of Stay - 30 night minimum stay is required at all DelSuites locations.
Pets - 2 pets per suite are permitted.
70 Roehampton Ave Tower: Pets are not to exceed 25"/64 cm in height. A cleaning fee of $350 + tax will be applied.
Parking - Underground, secured, assigned garage parking. Additional charges apply. The clearance of the parking garage is 6 feet.
Billing - A one (1) night deposit will be charged to your credit card when making an Instant Book reservation through our website. The remaining balance for the first billing period will be charged to your credit card fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, or on the next business day if you are arriving within the next fourteen (14) days. Note: Billing periods are thirty (30) nights.
Methods Of Payment - All major credit cards accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.
Cancellation Terms - Fourteen (14) days' notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date. Late cancellations are subject to a fee of $500 + tax.

We shopped around looking for options. AirBnB was way too expensive and hotels don't have kitchens and laundry machines in the room.
Very fortunate to have found DelSuites online after some tedious search.
It was Brenda who helped us on the phone and over email which resolved our accommodations issues. It was really her service which sealed the deal.
After we got to the fully furnished suites, we were simply amazed at the amenities and living space. So fortunate for Brenda for her recommendations as well. We have been extremely satisfied with DelSuites for their service, product delivery, housekeeping and after sales service.

I understand that this Friday marks my housekeeper, Bruna's last day with DelSuites. I have been told that she is returning to Brazil.
I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it has been having her as my housekeeper. She always kept my suite looking wonderful and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed.
But what truly impressed me was her attitude. Her warm, sunny, sweet personality never failed to brighten my day. I will miss her.
My stay here has been so perfect. I really couldn't be happier. And, as you've said, I'm sure that the ladies who take care of my suite in Bruna's absence will be wonderful too!
If you could please pass along my thanks and best wishes to her, I would truly appreciate it.

I found that your company DelSuites delivered the services as promised:
Firstly, the airport pick- up Service was very good and prompt.
Secondly, The apartment was as shown in the picture. It was clean, neat and very functional. The facilities provided in the apartment were well thought out. The appliances were all in very good condition . The maid service was also timely as promised.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with DelSuites, as this apartment as it felt like HOME away from home.
I would definitely take your services again, the next time I visit Toronto.I recommend this product
