POLICIES:

Length Of Stay - 30 night minimum stay is required at all DelSuites locations.

Pets - Broadway - 2 pets are permitted and must be under 25 pounds. Pets are to be leashed and carried through the Common Areas of the building at all times.
Republic - 2 pets are permitted and and not to exceed 25 inches in height at withers (ridge between the shoulder blades of a four legged animal). The pet must registered and a photo sent to Property Management. Pets are to be leashed and carried through the Common Areas of the building at all times.
A $300 cleaning fee will be applied at both buildings.

Smoking - DelSuites provides 100% smoke free accommodations. We do not permit smoking in the suites and balconies.

Parking - Available at a daily rate. Please contact us for details. Requests for additional parking are based on availability and charges will apply. The clearance of the parking garage is 6 feet.

Billing - Payment for the first 30 days will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Methods Of Payment - all major credit cards accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.

Cancellation Terms - 14 days' notice is required to cancel or change a reservation. Late cancellations subject to fee of $500.
