Suite Entry & Parcel Delivery Waivers

I hereby acknowledge that the property management of : and its duly authorized employees and agents reserve the right to enter my rental accommodation as required to carry out the mandatory building affairs including but not limited to maintenance, repairs, assessments, investigations, and inspections as it concerns the wellness and security of staff, residents, visitors and the building internal and external infrastructures, both immediate and latent. I hereby release the aforementioned property management and its duly authorized employees and agents from any present or future liability for such entry or entries.

Parcel Delivery

I do hereby authorize the property management of : and its duly authorized agents and employees to accept deliveries and packages, within the scope of the building rules and regulations, on my behalf. I understand that a signature and a piece of primary ID, may be required for authorize release of all deliveries and packages. Please be advised, the province of Ontario does not permit health cards to be used as photo ID; the building security staff have been instructed to maintain this mandate for purposes of identification whatsoever. In so doing, I release the aforementioned property management, and its duly authorized agents and employees, from any present or future liability in the receiving of deliveries and packages to the designated receiving area as transported by courier/logistics personnel used by the sender.

Evacuation Assistance Required Waiver

The Fire Code regulations require the property management team to be aware and have readily available documentation of Residents and their guests that require additional assistance during building evacuation. It is critical that this information is always accurate and kept updated with the property management team.

If there will be any guests during your rental accommodation term of stay, that will require additional assistance during a building evacuation, please complete all the areas below and include any special instructions in the area provided.
