The Fire Code regulations require the property management team to be aware and have readily available
documentation of Residents and their guests that require additional assistance during building
evacuation. It is
critical that this information is always accurate and kept updated with the property management
team.
If there will be any guests during your rental accommodation term of stay, that will require
additional
assistance during a building evacuation, please complete all the areas below and include any special
instructions in the area provided.
