POLICIES:
Length Of Stay - Thirty (30) night minimum stay is required at all DelSuites locations.
PETS - 1 cat per suite is permitted and dogs are not permitted.
A cleaning fee of $350 + tax will be applied.
Parking - One parking space per suite is included in the rate. Requests for additional parking are based on availability and charges will apply. The clearance of the parking garage is 6 feet.
Billing - A one (1) night deposit will be charged to your credit card when making an Instant Book reservation through our website. The remaining balance for the first billing period will be charged to your credit card fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, or on the next business day if you are arriving within the next fourteen (14) days. Note: Billing periods are thirty (30) nights.
Methods Of Payment - All major credit cards accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.
Cancellation Terms - Fourteen (14) days' notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date. Late cancellations are subject to a fee of $500 + tax.

This location was perfect for me. So close to transit, I can access the city very easily. I will be sure to return to stay again in this furnished rental in EtobicokeI recommend this product

Guest Services has been amazing to deal with and are so on top of everything!! Their response time is super quick and have been so accommodating to us. We have dealt with property management companies in the past and they don't compare to you and the service you provide. I can't say enough good things about you! Also, your maintenance team has been very prompt and pleasant and we appreciate all their help as well. We would definitely recommend DelSuites to others based on our experience. So, we are sorry to leave but before we do, we just wanted to say a big thank you for all you've done!!I recommend this product
