Length Of Stay - 30-night minimum stay is required at all DelSuites locations.
Pets - 2 pets per suite permitted. Dogs are not to exceed 25 inches (64 cm) in height. Dog breeds typically trained as guard or attack dogs (i.e. Pitbulls, Dobermans, Mastiffs, Rottweilers) and other similar breeds are not permitted. Pets must be registered with Property Management. A cleaning fee of $350 + tax will be applied.
Smoking - DelSuites provides 100% smoke free accommodations. We do not permit smoking in the suites and balconies.
Parking - Underground, secured, assigned garage parking. Additional charges apply.
Billing - A one (1) night deposit will be charged to your credit card when making an Instant Book reservation through our website. The remaining balance for the first billing period will be charged to your credit card fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, or on the next business day if you are arriving within the next fourteen (14) days. Note: Billing periods are thirty (30) nights.
Methods Of Payment - All major credit cards accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.
Cancellation Terms - Fourteen (14) days' notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date. Late cancellations are subject to a fee of $500 + tax.

The suite was in great condition—modern, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The layout made it feel like home, with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living area and bedroom.
The location was unbeatable! Right outside the building, I had access to an array of trendy restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. Being in the heart of the city, I could easily walk to the Entertainment District. The transit access was convenient for getting around.
DelSuites' service was top-notch. The team was responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I recommend The Well for anyone looking for a seamless, luxurious, and perfectly situated stay in Toronto.I recommend this product Share this review:    |
