Guests must register their vehicle information in advance with Guest Services by emailing guestservices@delsuites.com or calling 416.296.8838. Drive to the underground parking garage located at the south (rear) side of the building. The main garage door will open automatically; please remain to the right as you enter. Guests may park in any designated visitor parking space. To access the building, enter through the door marked Resident Access and use the intercom to contact Security.
Parking Guidelines
Maximum vehicle height: 2.1 m (6’10”).
Visitors are permitted a maximum of three (3) consecutive nights for overnight parking.
Unregistered vehicles are subject to ticketing and/or towing.
Please note that DelSuites guests are considered building residents and are not permitted to park in Visitor spaces.

If parking was not arranged prior to your arrival or if you only need it on occasion, contact DelSuites. Charges apply. Do not park anywhere but your own assigned parking space or you are at risk of being ticketed or towed. Your vehicle must be registered with DelSuites and you will be provided with a parking tag that is to be displayed on the rear view mirror. To register your car, please email your car details (make, model and license plate) to guestservices@delsuites.com DelSuites will not assume any responsibility for tickets or towing charges if a guest parks illegally. If you find your spot occupied, contact DelSuites at 416-296-8838.

One Eighty Five is a pet friendly building. Guests' are permitted a maximum of 2 pets.
DelSuites charges a non-refundable pet cleaning fee. This fee only covers the cost of cleaning. Extra charges will apply for any damage to the suite and or furnishings.

Bikes cannot be brought into the elevators or common areas or stored in your suite/balcony. There are designated Bike storage areas available for a fee. Lockers are available in very limited supply. Contact your Guest Service Representative to arrange for bike storage.

One Eighty Five offers a luggage cart to assist you with the transporting of your luggage upon arrival and departure or for any larger purchases (grocery shopping, etc) during your stay. You can sign these out at any time from Security. They are available on a first come, first served basis.

Before you can access any amenities, you must first complete the guest check-in registration forms. Once registered, you’ll be able to access the amenities using your Fob.
Be sure to review the posted guidelines and policies at each facility before use. For safety reasons, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Pets are not permitted in the recreational facilities. To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone, recreational facilities are kept smoke-free and free of food and drinks.
