The health and safety and well-being of our customers, employees and associates is always our highest priority. We recognize that these are unprecedented times and want to re-iterate our commitment to service and safety in this challenging period. Our mission “to provide exceptional accommodations and service through innovation, teamwork and integrity” is at the core of all our efforts, as we face this challenge of responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We remain committed to offering you the utmost flexibility. In light of these circumstances, we have made additional adjustments to our booking policies to give you peace of mind.

Safeguarding the health and well-being of our guests and staff remains a priority to DelSuites. We continue to closely monitor information from all levels of government, Toronto Public Health agencies and WHO's guidance for the latest COVD-19 updates and guidelines. We are reinforcing their recommendations on the appropriate health and safety specifications, and with heightened awareness, incorporating enhanced measures on hygiene and cleaning into our day-to-day operations. We will continue to navigate this situation with agility and transparency as new information is made available.
During your Stay – What to Expect
We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. Our safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene to guest suite cleaning procedures.

**Please note - masks are now mandatory by the City of Toronto and must be worn in all enclosed spaces. Ensure you have a mask before entering the building**
*Bi-weekly cleaning services will be provided (once lifted) for the following minimum qualifying rates : $105/nt (1 bedroom) & $125/nt (2 bedroom)

Find out how to protect yourself, what to do if you’re sick after you travel, and how to recognize possible symptoms at Toronto Public Health. In the event you develop any of the symptoms as outlined by Public Health such as fever, cough, sore throat, headache and difficulty breathing AND have recently travelled internationally, call Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000.

There is no charge for local calls. Unlimted long distance calls through out North America are also offered with some areas excluded. Areas not included: Yukon, Nunavut, North West Territories, Bruce Peninsula, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
If you wish to call internationally you can purchase a calling card from a local retailer or contact Frontline Broadband at 416-307-1530. You will be asked to provide your credit card details to enable international calling. To find out the per minute cost for each international call go to www.frontline.ca.Select Residential, click on “Learn More” and scroll to the bottom of the screen. Click on International Rate then select the country you wish to call to view the rate. All rates are subject to 13% HST.
We do not currently subscribe to any voicemail service. If you do require this feature, please reach out to Guest Services and we will be happy to set this feature up for you
If you are expecting visitors, advise them of your Suite Name, which is included in your Welcome Letter in your arrival package. To gain access to the building, your visitors select Your Suite Name on the Enter Phone panel and call your suite. Quick rings on your phone tell you it is an Enter Phone call. Pick up the phone to speak and dial ‘6’ to allow access. If you are on the phone, you will hear the call waiting beep on the line to signal an Enter Phone call. Press the hang-up button to speak to your visitor, then press ‘9’ to grant access to the building and press the hang-up button to return to your call.
All visitors must register with the Concierge. The concierge may call to confirm you are at home and willing to have the guest authorized to enter the property.

A continuous fast dial tone when you pick up the phone signals that there are messages for you. To pick up messages in the suite dial *98. You will be prompted for your password. Your password, is the suite number. If your suite number is only 3 digits, add a "0" and then your suite number. From outside the suite, dial your telephone number. When you hear the greeting press ‘#’ immediately. Enter your password, which again is the suite number.
