Your Travel Flexibility
We remain committed to offering you the utmost flexibility. In light of these circumstances, we have made additional adjustments to our booking policies to give you peace of mind.

Safeguarding the health and well-being of our guests and staff remains a priority to DelSuites. We continue to closely monitor information from all levels of government, Toronto Public Health agencies and WHO's guidance for the latest COVD-19 updates and guidelines. We are reinforcing their recommendations on the appropriate health and safety specifications, and with heightened awareness, incorporating enhanced measures on hygiene and cleaning into our day-to-day operations. We will continue to navigate this situation with agility and transparency as new information is made available.
During your Stay – What to Expect
We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. Our safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene to guest suite cleaning procedures.
DelSuites Commitment to Health, Safety and Security - Proactive and Preventative Measures
**Please note - masks are now mandatory by the City of Toronto and must be worn in all enclosed spaces. Ensure you have a mask before entering the building**
*Bi-weekly cleaning services will be provided (once lifted) for the following minimum qualifying rates : $105/nt (1 bedroom) & $125/nt (2 bedroom)
Healthy Habits You Can Do:
Find out how to protect yourself, what to do if you’re sick after you travel, and how to recognize possible symptoms at Toronto Public Health. In the event you develop any of the symptoms as outlined by Public Health such as fever, cough, sore throat, headache and difficulty breathing AND have recently travelled internationally, call Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000.

Resources for COVID-19
It is our pleasure to welcome you to DelSuites at 300 Front St. West. We are honoured that you have selected DelSuites as your Home away from Home. Our professional and friendly team is committed to ensuring your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable. During your stay you can expect to receive timely and exceptional service. Your suite is equipped with IPTV that includes a “Premium Plus” package that offers the highest level of HD content currently available. You can enjoy over 100 of the best Canadian and American TV channels at no additional cost.
Please note that you will need to first power your television ON with the TV remote. You can then use the Frontline remote to power on the set top box, change channels, adjust volume, check the menu etc. You do not need to power off the Frontline Set top box when you are finished watching TV. Simply power OFF the TV using the TV remote. If you do power off the set top box it will take a few extra seconds to come on line and will bring you to the TV menu.

To order any specialty programming you will need to contact Rally (formerly Frontline) directly. You will be asked to provide your credit card information and will be billed monthly. All terms and conditions will be detailed at the time of ordering. Unfortunately DelSuites cannot add these services for you. To view available content you can visit the website at www.rally.ca. Choose Residential and Select any of the packages shown. You will see a menu of Extra channels, Multicultural programming and information on bundling options.
Rally does not currently offer a traditional PVR. All previously aired content is available for two weeks after the original air date. Select the PVR All option using the Frontline remote to access the menu and then choose this option.
You can catch up on your Netflix programs by simply entering your Netflix username and password. If you do not have one and wish to watch you will need to register with Netflix.
