Enterphone for Visitor Access

The community entry system, located in the ground floor lobby vestibules and visitor vestibule within the parking garage, utilizes an auto-dialer to allow visitors to announce their arrival quickly and conveniently. 

If you are expecting visitors, advise them of your Suite Number, which is included in your Arrival Letter.

To use the entry system panel, visitors simply follow the instructions on the touch screen. Visitors will select your Suite Number from the directory to dial your phone number, where you can answer, speak to your guest(s) and permit entry by pressing “*” from the app. If you do not wish to allow guests to enter, simply hang up. This will terminate the call.

Visitor Parking

Entry to the underground parking can be accessed at 480 Front St W (west of 470 Front St W). Turn right and stay right, towards the Parking Entrance. Proceed to the Visitor/Public Parking and park close to the entrance of 470 Front St. West.
Visitors are welcome to park in the paid parking located on levels P1, P2, and P3, independently operated by Precise ParkLink.

Delsuites Parking

If parking was not arranged prior to your arrival or if you only need it on occasion, contact DelSuites. Charges will apply. Do not park anywhere but your own assigned parking space. You risk being ticketed and towed. DelSuites will not assume any responsibility for tickets or towing charges that are the result of a guest parking illegally or without a permit. If you find your spot occupied, contact DelSuites immediately. Please register your vehicle upon arrival at guestservices@delsuites.com

Pets

The Well is pet friendly. 2 per suite are permitted. Dogs are not to exceed 25 inches (64 cm) in height. Pets must be carried through the common areas of the building. All pets must be registered with PooPrints through Property Management upon check-in. A DNA swab is required and must be completed within 10 days of arrival. No appointment is required—simply visit Security at your convenience. Registration details will be collected at check-in and submitted on your behalf. DelSuites charges a non-refundable pet cleaning fee. This fee only covers the cost of cleaning. Extra charges will apply for any damage to the suite and or furnishings.

Bikes and Lockers

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, bicycles are not permitted in elevators, common areas, suites, or on balconies.

Designated bicycle storage areas are located on the P4 level of the building. Guests who require long-term bicycle storage may rent a dedicated bike rack through Property Management. A $100.00 refundable security deposit is required, and a specific rack will be assigned to you for the duration of your stay.

Visitor bicycle racks are also available on the P4 level. If you have guests bringing bikes, they’re welcome to use these racks after registering with Security upon arrival. Please note that visitor racks are intended for short-term use only, and bikes should be removed once the visit is over to ensure availability for others.

Amenities and Location

The Fitness Facilities are located on the ‘REC’ Level.

The Recreation Centre includes an outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally), barbeques, outdoor sun deck with cabanas, indoor whirlpool, billiards room, home theatre (located on the 13th floor) with seating for 15, games room, party room, dining room, yoga studio, massage room, exercise room and men’s and women’s change rooms complete with steam rooms

Your FOB is used to obtain access to the Recreation Facilities (pool, change rooms, exercise room only).

Persons under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the exercise equipment and must be supervised by an adult in the pool. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult in the Fitness facility.

The party room is booked through the management office on a first come, first served basis.
