Safeguarding the health and well-being of our guests and staff remains a priority to DelSuites. We continue to closely monitor information from all levels of government, Toronto Public Health agencies and WHO's guidance for the latest COVD-19 updates and guidelines. We are reinforcing their recommendations on the appropriate health and safety specifications, and with heightened awareness, incorporating enhanced measures on hygiene and cleaning into our day-to-day operations. We will continue to navigate this situation with agility and transparency as new information is made available.
During your Stay – What to Expect
We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. Our safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene to guest suite cleaning procedures.

In the event you develop any of the symptoms as outlined by Public Health such as fever, cough, sore throat, headache and difficulty breathing AND have recently travelled internationally, call Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000.

Resources for COVID-19
It is our pleasure to welcome you to DelSuites at The Livmore. We are honoured that you have selected DelSuites as your Home away from Home. Our professional and friendly team is committed to ensuring your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable. During your stay you can expect to receive timely and exceptional service. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, we invite you to contact your Guest Services Representative immediately so we can resolve it quickly and efficiently. Enjoy your stay!
Paid Visitor/Public parking is available on the P1 and P2 levels in the parking garage. Parking passes can be obtained directly from the pay stations located through out the garage. Rates start at $5.00 per 1/2 hour or less. $20.00 from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. The Pay Parking is operated independantly of DelSuites and any concerns are to be directed to the parking company directly.
If parking was not arranged prior to your arrival or if you only need it on occasion, contact DelSuites. Charges will apply. Do not park anywhere but your own assigned parking space. You risk being ticketed and towed. DelSuites will not assume any responsibility for tickets or towing charges that are the result of a guest parking illegally or without a permit. If you find your spot occupied, contact DelSuites immediately. Please register your vehicle upon arrival at email@example.com
The Livmore is pet friendly. Be sure to check out the Bark Park and Dog Spa located on the 5th floor. We permit a maximum of 2 pets per suite. DelSuites charges a non-refundable pet cleaning fee. This fee only covers the cost of cleaning. Extra charges will apply for any damage to the suite and or furnishings.
Bikes cannot be brought into the elevators or common areas or stored in your suite/balcony. The designated Bike storage area is located on the P1M level. Contact Guest Services for any questions.
The Fitness Facilities are located on the 5th floor and are available 24 hours.
The Recreation Centre includes Barbeques, Outdoor Terraces, Billiards Room, Home Theatre, Lounge, Party Room, Yoga studio, Massage Room, Exercise Room, Dog Spa and Bark Park.
The Bark Park is accessible using your key fob and the Lounge is open for residents to use around the clock.. The other amenities need to booked with the Concierge or Management Office prior to use and are available on a first come, first served basis
Persons under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the exercise equipment.. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult in the Fitness facility.
