Visitor Parking

Visitors Parking

Visitor parking is available on-site and must be arranged in advance by registering the vehicle with Guest Services. Registration can be completed by emailing montreal@delsuites.com or calling 438-806-5717. A valid credit card is required at the time of registration. Please note that all parking charges ($27.00 per day) are processed directly through RentCafe and not through DelSuites.

The underground parking garage is located to the right of the building’s main entrance. To access the garage, please call 438-978-4536 and remain to the right as you enter. Once inside, visitors may park in any designated visitor parking space. To access the building, enter through the door marked ASCENSEUR & meet your visitor to give access.

Any unregistered vehicles may be subject to ticketing and/or towing at the vehicle owner's expense. Please note that DelSuites guests are considered building residents and are therefore not permitted to park in visitor parking spaces.

Parking Guidelines

• The maximum vehicle height permitted in the parking facility is 2.1 m (6’10”).

• EV charging is available in visitors parking by reservation only. Please contact Security or call Delsuites at 438-806-5717 to arrange access.

DelSuites Parking

If parking was not arranged prior to your arrival or is only needed occasionally, please contact DelSuites at montreal@delsuites.com or by phone at 438-806-5717. Guests will be assigned a designated parking space, along with a rear-view mirror hanger and transponder for access.
Please note that parking spaces are designated for passenger vehicles only and may not be used for storage or oversized vehicles. To arrange parking, guests are required to provide the vehicle's license plate number, make, model, and colour.

Pets

Le Livmore is a pet-friendly building, and guests are permitted a maximum of two pets per suite. Please note that DelSuites applies a non-refundable pet cleaning fee, which covers standard cleaning only; additional charges will apply for any damages to the suite or furnishings.

To ensure a comfortable environment for all residents, we kindly ask that pet owners clean up after their pets, always keep them on a leash in common areas, and ensure they do not disturb neighbours. An on-site dog run and dog wash station are available on the 2nd floor for your convenience. Pets must not be left unattended on balconies, and they are not permitted to urinate or defecate in these areas.

Bikes and Lockers

For safety reasons and in accordance with building regulations, bicycles are not permitted in elevators, common areas, suites, or on balconies. Designated bicycle storage is available for a fee; however, storage spaces are limited and subject to availability. To arrange bicycle storage or inquire about availability, please contact your Guest Services Representative at Montreal@DelSuites.com.

Carts and Dollies

Le Livmore provides luggage carts to assist with transporting your belongings upon arrival and departure, as well as for larger purchases such as groceries during your stay. These carts are available through Security and may be signed out at any time on a first-come, first-served basis.

To help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all residents and guests, food, beverages, and smoking are not permitted in any recreational facilities. DelSuites guests may host a maximum of two guests at a time, including children, and guests must be accompanied by the DelSuites guest at all times. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult, and pets are not permitted in recreational facilities.

Please note that all recreational facilities and equipment are used at your own risk.
