"Having a fire in your home is by far the worst thing I have experienced in a long time. When my Insurance Agent suggested DelSuites by the Town Ctr, I felt it would be too far from home, but in fact it was the perfect location. Easy access to downtown and 401. But more important was the service Delsuites gave, from the start when Delsuites showed us through the building to the front door staff. And I now have underground parking which was well lit and well secured. Even though it was a hard time for my family, as 2 months turned into 5 , Delsuites made it our home away from home. "The accommodations were excellent. The location of the building is fantastic (Qwest). The Building is safe, well lit. The parking underground is nice. There is a full time security guard that is very helpful and friendly, the lobby could pass for a lobby at an upper scale Hotel. While I did not get a chance to use the facilities, we did go to view them. Again, very well kept and if we had more time we would definitely have made use of the Billiards Room and Gym. The rooftop terrace with BBQ's with a nice view of the city and skyline would be fantastic in warmer weather. The unit itself is very well appointed. Clean, spacious with all that one needs. Appliances, Electronics, including Stereo, 2x TV's, DVD, VHS and internet connection. Bedroom and bathroom were again Fantastic. It also comes equipped with an alarm system. In short, We were very impressed with the accommodations in general. Nothing negative noticed. In future I would have no problem in recommending the use of this particular unit. Ample cooking supplies. Enjoyed TV in both living room and bedroom. Exceptionally clean."
