Americas Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards nominates DelSuites

The Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) has announced the shortlisted nominees for the Americas Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards (EMMAs).
DelSuites is pleased to be shortlisted in the category of Corporate Housing Provider of the Year.

The awards criteria is listed below:

Service Provider Award:
Corporate Housing Provider of the Year

This award is open to all Corporate Housing Providers, both large and small, that provide property solutions to their clients either by finding long term accommodation or providing short to medium term serviced accommodation solutions. They should demonstrate how they manage expectations with the assignee and their family, liaise with the client on any issues arising and how they successfully work with landlords to negotiate contracts and renewals.

The results will be announced at the awards dinner at the Hyatt Regency Orlando on September 18, 2014.

DelSuites Recieves Sixth Consumers’ Choice Award Toronto

As the recipient of t 2014 he Consumers’ Choice Award Toronto (CCA) for the sixth consecutive year, DelSuites proudly continues to strive for excellence in the Furnished Condo Rental category in Toronto.

The CCA, which was presented to the DelSuites team on May 29th, 2014 at the Liberty Grand, is based on surveys completed by consumers and businesses on opinions, perceptions and expectations regarding the services they choose on a daily basis. Ledger Marketing, the leading market research firm is mandated to conduct the surveys on behalf of the Consumers’ Choice Award Institute.

The Consumer Choice Award’s logo is considered the “seal of excellence” used to identify only those businesses who have been chosen as outstanding service.

TripAdvisor Honours DelSuites with 2014 Certificate of Excellence

TripAdvisor® has honoured DelSuites with a 2014 Certificate of Excellence. This great achievement honours hospitality excellence and is presented to organizations that attain top ratings from TripAdvisor traveller reviews.

TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the honorees which takes into account reviews ratings. To qualify, companies need to maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of five, as reviewed by travelers. Additional criteria include the recency of reviews in the last 12 months.

DelSuites attending CHPAs Annual Conference

From February 24-26, 2014, the DelSuites short term apartment rentals team from Toronto will be attending the CHPA’s annual conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The Corporate Housing Providers Association’s (CHPA) annual conference provides plenty of opportunity to engage with like-minded individuals from around the globe. It will allow members to gain knowledge on new business trends in corporate housing, establishing connections and share experiences with potential clients.

The CHPA’s conference will help DelSuites with opportunities to build and strengthen our business for continued success in the years ahead.
